• Strong Kinyarwanda and English communication.

Support demonstration plots and farmer training in the Eastern Province.

Responsibilities

• Run demonstration plots and farmer field schools in the assigned districts.
• Advise farmers on variety choice, spacing, fertiliser timing and pest control.
• Collect trial data and report seasonal results.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in agronomy, crop science or a related field.
• Two seasons of field extension experience.
• Valid motorcycle licence and willingness to travel rurally.
