What we have achieved so far

• 12,400 farmers reached with certified seed in the 2025 seasons.
• 45 demonstration plots established across five provinces.
• 8.4 t/ha best recorded maize yield on the Nyagatare plot, against 3.2 t/ha for the local check.
• 98% average germination across all seed lots tested in 2025.
• 310 agro-dealers trained and accredited in safe input handling.
• 2,600 tonnes of farmer grain aggregated and sold to structured buyers.
• Best Seed Company award, National Agrishow 2025.
