SOZO Rwanda: certified seed, agricultural inputs and climate-resilient farming support.

Strategic objectives 2026 - 2030

1. Raise smallholder productivity — lift average maize yields from 3 t/ha to 7 t/ha among farmers we serve.
2. Scale climate-resilient agriculture — put drought-tolerant varieties on 60% of our seed volume.
3. Train continuously — 10,000 farmers per year through demonstration plots and field schools.
4. Strengthen distribution — an accredited agro-dealer within 10 km of every farming household we serve.
5. Link farmers to markets — aggregate and connect 5,000 tonnes of grain to structured buyers annually.
6. Grow women and youth participation — 50% of trained farmers women, 30% under 35.
